When you purchase an insurance policy, you are basically
buying claims service. You are paying an insurance company
to put you back where you were, from a financial standpoint,
should you suffer a loss. At HTT, we never lose sight
of that. We feel it’s our responsibility to act
as your advocate, at the time of a loss. We want to
make sure that you are taken care of fairly, and in
a timely manner so that you can get on with your life
and the things that matter most to you, with as little
disruption as possible.
In the event you suffer a loss, you
should:
- Contact emergency services
- If possible (without putting yourself in danger),
protect your property from further damage
- Contact your agent immediately
We realize that not all claims occur during our hours
of operation. Most of our companies offer direct reporting
services that allow you to report a claim any time,
day or night. For your convenience, we’ve listed
those numbers for you:
