"I wanted to write and tell you again how pleased I was with an interaction with your company a week or two ago. My wife had some questions about out insurance bill that didn’t make sense to her. I called and spoke with Jan Gardner and addressed our concerns.

She took the information and immediately knew that she could get an adjustment to our billing. She also made recommendations on other avenues for us to save. This lead to some other thoughts which she pursued and returned the call the next day with all the information requested. We for an adjustment to our current bill and made some slight changes to our other policy which saved us money.
